A colleague at work, noticed my slight frustration with another staff’s lack of basic computer knowledge, showed me this image as his explanation to perhaps why Tech staff are often misunderstood and why I shouldn’t expect too much from staff who have no care for the world of technology!
All of a sudden it’s all making sense!
